La Fotografia e il Neorealismo in Italia 1945-1965
The exhibition presents 130 vintages from the CRAFarchives and is dedicated to Italian photography between 1945 and early 1960s, when Mario Giacomelli introduced a new figurative language.
L'esposizione presenta un’ampia introduzione dedicata a Luigi Crocenzi, comprensiva dei fotoracconti originali realizzati per Il Politecnico (1946 - 1947), delle fotografie inedite del 1947 che ritraggono le borgate romane, nonché delle istantanee tratte da Conversazione in Sicilia (1950).
The exhibition presents an introduction to the work of Luigi Crocenzi, featuring stories in pictures originally developed for Il Politecnico (1946 - 1947), and original photographs taken in 1947 depicting the Roman suburbs, as well as snapshots taken Conversazione in Sicilia (1950).
